GS and HGSS have the same version exclusives exactly, except the international versions switched Donphan/Ursaring for no known reason (most likely an accident), which the remakes retained the original pairing.
So they MIGHT replace something but its highly unlikely. If they do, it'll probably be Sableye/Mawile, since they're both megas. Though version exclusive Megas are far from a new thing. I expect a lot of the new megas to be exclusive (metagross is confirmed for both as its an event only)
