Mega Steelix will be mid RU unless its attack and special defense get really buffed, the fact it loses Sturdy is a pretty big thing since its special defense and HP is ass.
Mega Glalie? Probably about the same, depending on stats as well. If what we're being told and Refrigirate is its ability, then what really benefits from it besides return and explosion? Explosion would just be waste of the mega unless its a "almost dead, time to go all out" thing.

I don't get why people think M-Glalie will be shit since it will definitely have a niche even in OU. It's one of the very few offensive Ice-types that reaches base 100 Speed, which is already something, but its primary job is to spam obscenely powerful STAB Refrigerate Returns at first and kill an opposing wall with Refrigerate Explosion when its no longer needed. MegaPinsir can do the same shit and it's nowhere near broken. Glalie is weaker, frailer, slower than MegaPinsir and it has a shittier priority. Ice being better offensively doesn't mean much when you have all those downsides.
