I found it extra hilarious because one of the signs says the new Pokémon are ugly, and here "digimon" is just a buzzword to call those ugly mons.
Another sign says "at least we can speak" (which I guess it has to do with the Pokémon only saying the names and Digimon can speak). And the one that appears more "hasta las bolas con Pokémon" is a pun. In Spanish, the slang for "I'm up to here with (something)" is "I'm up to the balls".
