No, Lucario was the first Pokémon to Mega Evolve before you change history.

Then after you change history Rayquaza is the first Pokémon to Mega Evolve and always has been.

They could even have the statue at the
Tower of Mastery change from Mega Lucario to Mega Rayquaza to reflect the change in history.

No, you're being a retard. Ray eats meteorites and goes mega in OR/AS but according to lore, people basically danced until it mega'd. Other mega stones are meteor chunks from the meteors. Hence, No mega ray = no other megas

Well the celebi theory is nice but in the pokemon meta-verse I don't think we've seen a celebi go farther than a century. Dialga has done the real heavy lifting when it comes to time travel.

Actually, the other Mega Stones are transformed Evolutionary Stones, like Fire Stones (pretty sure an NPC in Geosenge or Shalour says that). They transformed due to the energy from a huge release of Infinity Energy (firing the Great Weapon, destroying the meteor, defeating the Primal Legendary).

How so? The Evolutionary Stone theory makes more sense than the Meteor Chunk Theory, especially when you remember the sudden surge of Mega Stones in Hoenn right after the defeat of the Primal Legendary.

Unless there was a line that proves that it was specifically the Meteorite, and not the Infinity Energy within it.
