My dream is an extra page in the status screen that looks something like this.
Perfect IVs would have a star at the end or the bar would glimmer, and you could still tell the imperfect IVs by counting the blocks (or by noticing they're one less than the perfect ones)
You could keep it postgame by having a 'report machine' produce them for your Pokemon.
