Lance scaring most of the casuals who never met a dragon before.
Gary, your rival being the fucking Champion.
The only new character in Johto is fucking forgettable, but the league is forgivable because it had cool stuff like Koga ranking up and Lance becoming the champion.
ORAS did a good job at showing you the E4.
Also it has fucking Drake in it, that alone makes it awesome.

I personally remember the league very well because the leaders' rooms were fucking cool.
The two champions are pretty remarkable too (I still laugh thinking about /vp/ back then when Iris being the champion got leaked)
Kalos is a bit eh, maybe it's because everything was such a walk in the park till the league you weren't even hyped for it.
The characters overall look cool, I like the eyebrows knight.
