Has anyone else pointed out how shady this dude is?

Wattson was the founder of Sea Mauville. These were the "Commandments" found inside the Sea Mauville documents:

1. Say good morning very loudly.
2. Don't bring Pokémon to your workplace.
3. Always arrive on time. Always stay late.
4. Lay your life on the line in safety checks.
5. Take joint responsibility for teamwork.
6. Obey your superior's orders absolutely.
7. Maintain top quality. Give up your sanity.
8. Worship and praise the founder.
9. Don't expect time off before you retire.
10. No need to think. Just work unceasingly.

He seems really overprotective of everything he "owns," including the extremely suspicious New Mauville. He stated that he "enjoys making traps" as shown in his conversation during his gym battle.

He invites a teenager to his home for no apparent reason. His wife is an Ace Trainer who looks like she's in her late teens or early 20s.

Does anyone else think that this guy is the most shady and suspicious dude in Pokemon?
