not to say I don't like it, it's just it had so much potential but they don't do shit with it, they didn't even give it a gym leader for god's sakes
As for other types (in order from most preferred to least)
>Flying
Second favorite type can do a lot of damage and it's pokemon can be found easily
>Grass
Go-to type for capturing pokemon, too bad their attacking moves are iffy
>Water
Go-to type for battling, tend to be bulky, can learn ice attacks to rape grass and does well against electric types without worry
>Psychic
Broken in Gen I, but now nerfed, they still do pretty well
>Fighting
a more offensive version of normal (and great for dealing with them), kinda feel this the same way as I do Earth and Rock
>Fire
Great when you finally get one, usually tempted to choose the fire starter knowing that you won't get a decent fire pokemon for a long time and once I do it'll take awhile before I get a decent fire attack.
>Normal
they either suck or are completely awesome with no middle ground
>Steel
A more defensive form of rock, they're the type that fucks me over the most because I can't find a good fire type
>Electric
Good type though they never really worked for me
>Ice
Same as fire though unless I'm fucking with dragons I don't usually need a good Ice pokemon
>Poison
Annoying as fuck, but are so mixed with so many types I like I can't hate it
>Dragon
No STAB at all, seems like a type purely for tanking, not to mention most of them are legendary or pseudo-legendary
>Ghost
a type purely made for trolling people
>Bug
same feeling as Dark but I think Gen V threw it a bone
didn't into Gen VI so I can't comment on Fairy
