Weavile gets the Tough Claws. It would miss out on Icicle Crash because that move doesn't make up for but it gets a big boost to Ice Punch (along with freeze chance), and Knock Off. Poison Jab may also become a good alternative to get past Fairies.

That's roughly 220 base Attack; and that's before the benefits of nature or EV's are even added. Then it'll be even stronger.
It's only saving grace is that it lacks ExtremeSpeed, and has to make do with Quick Attack. So at least it's still weaker than Extreme Killer Arceus. But only just.

Yeah it has Ice Punch, I'm just saying you miss out on Icicle Crash which is stronger and has a better secondary effect because Crash doesn't make contact. Hence no Tough Claws boost. Technician would be pretty cool too.

There's no UU doubles, hence why smogon is a good thing. UU just means "not used" basically

Tinted lens boosts not very effective moves to do normal damage. You're thinking of compound eyes.

Tinted lens would let it fiery dance right through anything for buffs, and giga drain through shit for heals.

That on top of quiver dance buffs is just a powerhouse.
