Slap a KIng's Rock to it.
Run multi-hit moves.
Annoy the opponent to death but don't expect to actually do good

Rock Blast
Aqua Tail/Wake-up Slap/Sing/Protect

It's movepool isn't the best, but it can make some dents if you play it well.

Try to get it in safely. Use the Skill Link + Jolly + King's Rock moveset.

Priority is it's weakness, since it will have none. But it has like a 40% chance of flinching the opponent. All you gotta do is figure out how to get in on the field safely.

What if i run it as a anti-lead of sorts?

Skill Link + Jolly + King's Rock is the only set you should be using in OU especially, Cinccino really can't do much else.
