Frequent lurker here. I see hack threads pretty often here, so I assume they're welcome. I love the older games, but the eshop sucks and I can't really carry anything except my phone and my 3ds on the go with me. So I guess my first question is, what's the best emulator for my galaxy s5 That plays game boy color through game boy advance games? And as I don't really use emulators all that much, what are the best places to download both roms of the official games and fan made Pokémon games? I just want things that are fun to play, preferably in English and not unplayably glitchy, and I would really prefer games with complete stories. I'm willing to pay for the emulator, just not an outrageous amount.
