It wouldn't since it used to be a generic gen 1 Normal type that tend to learn all of the elemental beams.Gamefreak probably gave most Normal types so much coverage so they would have other options to use outside of their STAB. Its movepool would be as shallow as Florges if it was a gen 6 mon.
