With the Attack, Special Attack and Speed stats, it's relatively clear to see what defines a good Pokemon.
i.e.:
>90 Speed is considered to be passable,
>100 Speed is considered to be good,
>110 Speed is considered to be quite fast,
>120 Speed is considered to be very fast.
>90 Attack is considered to be passable.
>110 Attack is considered to be quite good,
>125 Attack is considered to be a potential sweeper.
However, with the HP and Defense stats, it is less clear what defines a bulky Pokemon.
>A Pokemon like Rotom-Wash has 50 HP and 107 in both Defense and Special Defense, and as long as it isn't hit by Super Effective attacks, it is considered to be rather bulky.
>Lanturn has 125 HP, but only 58 Defense and 76 Special Defense, but it also considered to be bulky.
>Blissey has an astronomcal 255 HP, backed up by 135 Special Defense, making it the greatest special wall in the game, but despite the enormous HP, its 10 Defense causes any physical attacker to destroy it with ease.
Ignoring type advantages and such, is there a general equation that can determine how bulky a Pokemon is?
