Also plenty of pokemon gets leech seed, like Tangrowth. Tangrowth gets leech seed without the crippling weakness to flying, fairy and psychic.

Tangrowth is an og physical wall, but having been running one with leech seed i have to switch out for practically any special attacker. I'm not sure if assult vest would benefit it at the cost of my leech seed.
