It should get either of these new abilities:

or

Or Hyper Beam-esque moves should get buffed. It's stupid that they're such shitty moves. They should at least bring back the OHKO thing from Gen 1. How broken could it be?

In Kangaskhan's case does that count as an OHKO? I don't think it would kill without that second hit.

Problem with Hyper Beam and its spawn is that they've got a ton of distribution. Making it much more practical even with its compromises changed could likely fuck up balance badly, though the same can be said for any changes.

I don't know, glorified Superpower equivalent with bigger stat losses to compensate for its distribution?

Since Palkia is the lord of space and alternate realities, why not instead an ability that randomly changes the terrain upon him being sent out? With it being more heavily weighted towards Electric Terrain, Grassy Terrain, and Misty Terrain?

Imagine if you sent him out and got the space field from the battle with Deoxys, and were able to then use Draco Meteor Secret Powers?
