What do you had to do so you can have 999 in every stat? I checked the "Hacked Stats" box, but they revert to what they were before after placing it on a box, even if I just make it one point higher than normal.

PSA: If anyone is interested, I re-downloaded the ORAS demo, and HANS does allow for the Steelix to be caught and transferred to ORAS. You'll have to edit the country and 3DS-region data of the .pk6 to Japan after you transfer it for legitimacy, but it works regardless.
