>>27013544It specifically says "it becomes possible to inflict the Poisoned status condition even on Steel- and Poison-type Pokémon." With nothing said about attacks. And they only show of Toxic. This likely means Steel-types will still be immune to normal Poison attacks, and probably even their chances to poison since those require being hit by the attack.
Right now, that probably means this works with moves like Poison Gas, Poison Powder, Toxic, and Toxic Spikes. Of course, there's no reason to use Poison Gas or Poison Powder, the latter of which it's unlikely to get anyway, since it has Toxic. Toxic Spikes might be interesting.
Additionally, Fling with a Poison Barb or Toxic Orb would work too. Since the move itself is dark-type, it can hit Steel-types, and then the Poison status activates because of Corrosive.
How did the coding use to work for Steel and Poison? Steel was immune to poison-type moves, but I imagine also immune to Poison status because otherwise that Fling thing would've worked on them before now too.
