To answer OP: a Ghost with hands. Banette, Gengar, Gourgeist, and Trevenant top that list. Sableye and Mimikkyu (assuming the latter doesn't evolve) would work too.
Chandelure is my favourite Ghost, and Mismagius would be cool too, but if I'm going to be theoretically immortal, I want to have fingers, please. Of course, if I can make ethereal/shadow/specter hands for myself as a Chandelure or Mismagius, I take one of those options in a heartbeat.
