So now Pokemon are highly aggressive alien lifeforms and want to kill you.
You just catch them to learn from them and use Pokemon powers in weapons, buildings and such.
Queen Bitch of the Universe is similar to Mewtwo in raw power.

All omnics are just robot-like pokemon and the war never happened. The gameplay is 10 times better now because heroes are pokemon.
Genji gets replaced by Greninja
Reaper is Shedinja because immortality and soul-stealing.
Phara is Skarmory because flying metal bird
Hanzo is that one fake rowlet robin hoot evo or maybe some Dragon type like Flygon.
Roadhog is Snorlax
Winston is Electivire
D.va is metagross because giant flying metal monster

Cant think of any more, but I really like the idea of a pokemon fps
