They were great back then because there was a huge sense of community, where there was nightly streams where we would watch movies and shit while we hunted. People worked together on hunts, ect
I checked in on more recent Shiny Hunt threads, and it just seems like its so... Detached. Maybe my nostalgia is a part of it, because I miss the old threads and the people in it.

Pros:
+New designs are solid (Slandit and Mimikyu are 11/10)
+New abilities are really interesting and it feels like Game Freak are trying to make a more interesting and balanced game
+Alola might be the best looking Region ever
+Customization is back!
Cons:
-Probably no Post-Game
-Probably going to be as easy as X/Y
-Customization looks better than X/Y, but probably still lacking
-I don't get it until a week after the US
-Probably no Roxie
;_;I hope with Masuda leaving the company, things will get better. I feel like he is holding the franchise back, but we'll have to wait and see. Also hope we get more interesting and deserving Mega's, assuming Mega Evolution isn't getting dropped.
