Remember when Pokémon games let you catch the other box legendary at a higher level, /vp/?

(Lv70 Dialga/Palkia in Platinum, L70 Ho-Oh/Lugia in HGSS, etc)

It's fucking bullshit they don't do that anymore.

It was a cool feature. It wouldn't really make sense for Lugia to just not exist if you have Heartgold and vice versa.

Remember when you could go catch legendaries and didn't need a subscription to Nintendo power or a nearby Gamestop?

Imagine a world in which you could go pick up Platinum TODAY and play through it and catch everything and fill the Pokedex.

Platinum was a third version so of course it let you catch Dialga and Palkia. Emerald let you catch Groudon and Kyogre. HGSS did it since GS on GameBoy Color let you catch both.
