Thing is, I've never actually fought any gym battles or tried to take on the Leagues.
Longstory short: I'm looking to build up a full team, one that can potentially get by without my Delphox since he's starting to get busy with his own things.
I live in Petalburg city and the most promising recruits for my team so far are Magikarp (to get up to Gyarados, natch) and Phantumps from the local woods.
Any thoughts?
