It's funny that they used Lucario, Mence and Khan to showcase megas in both trailers.

Salamence and Kangaskhan are vgc staples.

Lucario is just there because he's the Lightning of Pokemon.

What does Mold breaker have to do with Weather? Their abilities aren't affecting your damage so Mold Breaker has no effect. Cloud Nine and Air lock are what stops them

Maybe but weather isn't as huge as abilities like Flash fire, Lightning Rod etc. I don't think they'll make attacks with built in ignoring weather effects and if they did they would probably be fire and water type as those are the only types that get dropped by weather.

By letting it use it's particular niches to the fullest. Wish passing 'mence, for example, can come in on a ton of stuff, set up wish as the opponent switches to their Sableye/Clefable, then switch to who needs it. Nobody sees it coming.
Give it Defog and you have a full support 'Mence.
