You can clearly see the resemblance with Solgaleo and Lunala facial details / decorations in that logo. Such stylized eyes and nose.

It's a very cool logo, you can also see it as two hands \o/ holding or praying to something or even a humanoid figure.

I also can see it as a path that eventually took two different and divided directions, but in the end both of these led to the same common end.

Otherwise the gem in the middle being the balance while the two smaller gems / points being the different universes.
