If your drawing looks nothing like the character except for the clothes, then it's basically not the same character.
If I am looking for art of a girl with huge tits, I wanna see those huge tits.
If I am looking for art of a loli with a flat chest, then I want her to have that flat chest.
If you can't draw the character accurately, don't fucking bother. Draw someone else.
