.cm files in 'raw' can be opened with Ohana3DS. .smd files can be opened with nearly any modelling tool that has plugins for SMD:

Apologies for not providing .DAE files, the exporter didn't work properly.

I don't know when or if I'll ever do all the Pokemon, since Ohana doesn't support most of the additional files that are in the 1GB(!) Pokemon pack, and Bulbasaur doesn't load at all. On top of that, there's no easy way to distinguish which files are models, which ones are textures, which ones are animations or what, so this all has to be done manually.
