This + Tapu Koko + Xurkitree is going to be a ridiculously strong core in early Gen 7, could even lift it straight to OU. Being able to revenge kill literally every offensive mon without priority, Excadrill and rain sweepers included, and having enough tools to threaten almost every Electric resist and immunity imaginable easily offsets its low base SpA.
Not sure how low it's going to drop if Koko gets banned to Ubers. Probably UU, seems pretty comparable to Heliolisk.
