Unfortunately not. I have seen people say having a 31IV pokemon, a lvl 100 pokemon. Defeating the E4 again, doing the UB episodes, etc. No one seems to have the answer yet

How are you able to tell if you've chained a Pokemon's Hidden Ability? I looked up how they did it in previous gens and you need a pokemon with Trace, but there's only like 1 fucking pokemon that has it.

Sylveon. It learns skill swap at level 25. Get an Eevee, make sure it knows baby-doll eyes, give it a rainbow bean then level it up before level 25.

You can do this as early as you get your Eevee egg.

Depends on what you mean by UU or better
The starters are all solid enough
Vikavolt would be great if it didn't evolve right before the climax of the story (after 6 trials)
Alola raichu seems fun
Marieanne becomes a cool superwall
Really soon you get Wishiwashi (who gets ridiculous stats in school form), bounsweet (Tsareena gets 120 attack and a fighting move), Dewpider (whose ability doubles the power of water type moves it uses)

Salandit's relatively soon too and its evolved form is frail but has good speed and special attack, along with a cool typing

Ribombee is decent, you can nab its prevo already

Finally golisopod is cool, even if it's slow as shit

Cutiefly + evo is absolutely solid. Wishiwashi is an early game monster that falls off a little bit as time goes on but is still very solid until the end, it just wont be destroying everything by looking at it when you hit the E4.
Raichu is decent even if the electric moves it has are kind of limited for a bit, but it gets Psychic when it evolves so that does just fine for a while.
Minior is 3rd island but is actually ridiculous once a few EVs are put into it. You usually get 2 guaranteed turns while it has its shield up to do whatever you want (it gets Cosmic Power not long after you get it so you could set that up for the Core) and then the Core form cleans house. Once it gets Shell Smash it becomes death.

Sandcastle is on the beach of the Hotel on the 2nd island, pretty sure you cant access it until you clear the Grass trial

Corsola killer is available once you get the rod but its a pain in the ass to get. Best spot for it is next to Kukui's house, fish for Corsola, try to keep it in the red and eventually a Mareanie will show up

By EVs I just meant progressing as normal. If you wanna go full Smogon I'd say focus on whichever attack stat you feel works best (mine had -SpA so this was easy), and then put a little into the speed and defences. It likes EVs everywhere except the attack stat you arent using really. It doesnt even need heavy speed investment, the core form is a speed demon on its own

Everything except Mimikyu is available on the 2nd island, with Passimian being kinda late on island 2. Mimkyu is mid 3rd island but you'll be looking for it a while as the encounter rate is ass. Passimian's is too for that matter.

Which can potentially be infinite, but not guaranteed to always give you another pokemon to kill every turn you take one out

Once you beat the third trial you can buy adrenaline orbs which makes it much easier

You cant actually enter the lighthouse, but its accessed from Diglett's cave after you get Machamp ride I think. Willowisp TM is there though

Sableye can be found in the cave linking to 10 Carat Hill according to the dex, and thats island 1.

Also you can get Jotho starters before leaving 1st island If you're lucky (got the 3 starters by island scan, currently using Meganium and Feraligart)
