Moon furry magnet is hopeless trash, sun dogfucker is at least relatively unique as a pure Rock-type just for being both fast and somewhat strong at the same time, with priority for when it's not fast enough. If it had been a type where its archetype were more common it would still probably wind up down in PU, but I feel like this can reach RU and be relatively useful into UU.

Incineroar doesn't have any value above RU without Intimidate, which it doesn't have. Primarina's specially-bulky stats and excellent typing can carry her into UU pretty easily.
