Simply catch a Ledyba on Route 1 (during the day), rename it to to the nature you want the Ditto to be, and put it up on GTS asking for a level 91+ Ditto.

Ledybot prioritizes the most recent requests. Since people are constantly requesting a Ditto from Ledybot, you'll need to take your Ledyba out of the GTS and deposit it again if you don't get your Ditto within two minutes. If Ledybot hasn't posted anything here within the last thirty minutes, it probably crashed and you need to wait until it goes back up again.
