Give it a mega stone that also doubles as a z-Crystal. The ability will be huge power, and it gets cut. The mega will get a 600+ BST bonus.
It will also give it a 5th moveslot.
How am I doing so far?

Kinda defeats the purpose a little. I reckon make it only take 6% from both poisoned and badly poisoned every turn (so poison is halved and badly poisoned doesn't stack)

Give it Poison Heal

Zangoose has the usual Normal coverage, except it's all in Special. So it's best to give it coverage in the form of Elemental Punches, ExtremeSpeed and the like. Maybe Elemental Fangs too.

As a Normal-Type Poison Heal user, it will make a monstrous Facade user.

Base speed between 100-130
Is like, the only thing than he need, he is supposed to be a sweeper and hit pretty high with Facade+Toxic Boost and have perfect coverage with Shadow Claw and Close Combat

Not that guy, but since Snakes-based Pokemon use Coil quite a bit...

Make it a physical attacker by reducing its Sp. Attack to 40 and redistributing the stuff into both its defenses.

Keep it bulky. Like, Eelektross or Toxapex levels of bulky.

Coil 2 times and hide behind a sub and we're ready to deliver the smackdown. Slap Leech Life, Elemental Fangs into its movepool and voila.
