Everything is speculation at this point. There's not even any confirmation that it was a Guzzlord. There were multiple UBs that somehow entered the Pokemon world prior to Aether's wormholes. Guzzlord is just the only 1 of the 7 currently available UBs that previously entered (not counting the Cosmog family and Necrozma).

You assume That the "Mega" dimension is the same as the "Z" dimension. For all we know, Looker in XY could be a different one from ORAS, both which could be different from SunMoon.

Has looker even said HE was a faller in SunMoon? I would prefer ORAS happens several decades prior to Sun Moon for simplicity's sake, but he could also just be that world's original Looker and both be a different world.
