Leech Life's free healing is great, but don't underestimate Lunge. The Attack drops are insanely useful, and can neuter some switchins. Sets that run Roost, Substitute, and/or Leftovers appreciate Lunge because it can render some mons too weak to break Buzzwole's Substitute. On a Focus Punch set, this is extremely helpful.
Fell Stinger is kinda gimmicky, as Buzzwole is more of a pivot than a sweeper, but it's not a terrible option.
Superpower / Leech Life / Fell Stinger / Ice Punch or Poison Jab with Leftovers maybe.
