If you thought a mon that gets essentially a free turn every fight to set up swords dance was annoying, now it can also give it to anyone else.
Heck if you give him bulky stats he can probably even get off two SD's before passing it...

Admittedly I don't know the lower tiers as well as I'd like, so it might do something there.
