Offensive: super effective against Poison/Fire/Ice/Fairy, not very effective against Fighting/Flying/Water/Grass
Defensive: immune to Poison/Electric, resists Normal/Flying/Bug/Psychic/Dragon/Fairy, weak to Fighting/Water/Grass
The more logically balanced version would be SE against Electric and probably change both of its immunities to resists (but is still immune to the poison status condition).
