The physical bulk is the same, beedrill can survive one neutral special hit though. Both are walled pretty hard by toxapex, unless beedrill runs that ground move from Oras tutors. Also I'm not sure beedrill outspeeds scarf lele, (can't be bothered to check) which would be the main selling point of mega beedrill. All in all I think it could fare well in OU as a premier revenge killer and scout.
