Reminds me of that CAPmon designed to have decent stats and a decent movepool but could learn sketch only once.

It might occur multiple times in Smeargle's moveset, but no matter if it did that or had it occur once Sketch could just be retaught like any level up or known-at-creation move by the relearner.

Give Mew Geomancy. Then use Z-Geomancy. It already learns Psyshock, Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, and Ice Beam, most combinations of which give it perfect coverage. It becomes like Porygon-Z Part Deux.

Here's better question: What if Mew or maybe Smeargle could copy abilitties with Sketch? What would be the second best ability to put on them (best is Wonder guard, obviously)?
