Just to drive that point home, Monica from The Giant Woman series, a regular NPC, and the Ace Trainers from Love and Battle series, another regular NPC, were much better than Iris in every possible way. They had much more personality and were much more fun to watch, as well as being better looking than Iris could ever hope to be. Not only that, but because of how movies are shot, the battles with restriction that I had with them were actually really fun.
Iris can't even compare to simple NPCs. Seeing her as the Champion in BW2 was the most disappointing moment.
