I had an idea to, instead of buffing it, create a regional variant. It would be based on thunderclouds so it'd be flying/electric, with drizzle, and access to hurricane and thunder, while keeping the rest of the movepool and its stats the same.

I don't think it's too good, but I think it'd definite OU material, even with sub-100 Special attack.

Its hidden ability is now Mega Launcher plus it gets Zap Cannon, Flash Cannon, Dark Pulse, and Dragon Pulse.

Added bulk would allow it to actually take a hit when setting up a Focus Energy while lower speed would let it function better in Trick Room.

Before it got retyped it was literally Ursaring but 50 less points of BST. It would make more sense to have the same BST as Ursaring now.

Movepool additions:
Slack Off
Stealth Rock(gets Rock attacks so why not?)
Drain Punch
Belly Drum

Clefable will always be the best mono Fairy, but I just thought I could make a physical equivalent without the amazing abilities Clef has.

My only guess for GF not bumping Silvally's stats higher is because it's Base Stat distribution would look too similar to that of the average Mythical Pokemon, then again it is classified as a Special Pokemon, but still.

Wait, what? I thought RKS System's problem was that Memories don't boost the power of their type and that the ability doesn't work with Z-Crystals.
