it's not, there's a lot OP cards, mainly because OCG was made by autist's, also incineroar is better;

-normal card + upcoming victini= 50% chance x4 to deal 200 damage
GX card- one energy atk can deal 110+ damage and it's have 250 hp, it's second atk can deal 130-180
GX deals 200+burns [230]

First not even true, you'll probably get shut down trying to set up incineroar GX.

Also,
Kill yourselfs barafags, this is the only time Decidueye excels at something more then the other two starters, but it's too bad that's going to get tooken away as well. I'll enjoy it's time, but when he gets in smash then that's when the party begins.

Rowlet merchandise r extremely popular in Japan pokemon centre. I basically can't find many rowlet stuff such as plushes cushions files etc. While there are still many of other starters left. Most of the rowlet line products r sold within the first day ofnrelease. They even come out with a set called mokuroh garden

it's a decent card but just flavour of the month. Primarina and Inciniroar both get pretty damn good support in upcoming sets with Aqua Patch & Victini. Meanwhile Decidueye edges closer and closer to being irrelevant once FOGP rotates.
