>>32745622It could. It could also be him saying you force your Pokemon to do what you want, not really what they want to do in battle. Guess them doing what you say is also supposed to be apart oft he bond and trust they have in you though.
I still think something that revolves around only attaining pokemon through trust, not pokeballs, and not being able to control moves would be interesting and would make more sense in terms of training. Maybe something like a Pokemon AI that gets smarter the more it levels up and the more you have them with you.
Of course that game would also be really frustrating,
