>>32747853Toxapex still has trouble handling a Specs Draco Meteor and don't even get me started on the Z-Crystal sets like Bloom Doom coming off a Solarbeam, or 195 Inferno Overdrives coming off a Blue Flare. It's still a god-tier wall breaker too spicy for OU. It would be a godsend for bulky offense as well with the Roost set, and can even jack up HO since it gets Tailwind, allowing it to Tailwind on your opponent's switch and annihilate anything that isn't scarfed.
Reshiram is on about the same level as Deoxys-N and Pheromosa, not quite broken enough to compete with Xerneas and Groudon, but too broken for OU.
