Lusamine always struck me as a high-handed authoritarian woman whose imperious nature is refined with age and experience. Comes with running the Aether Foundation for a long time, I suppose...and the jellyfish jizz does help.
Wicke is more or less Lusamine's protege. She handles PR relations for the Aether Foundation, runs personal errands for the administration and even served as a temporary caretaker of sorts to Lillie and Gladion. In other words, she has the drive and optimism of a younger woman, but the self-control of a mature woman. I'd definitely put her somewhere in between.
