I'm sure we will get Move Tutors like every 3rd version; however, we can transport Pokemon with tutor moves back to SM.
Guys, GF has revealed their hand when it comes to the new content in USUM bigtime. If we had new MEs or Alolan Forms, GF would be forced to use USUM in VGC. We "might," still get new Z-Moves for Pokemon other than Solgaleo and Lunala. However, they may not have been enough to justify using USUM in VGC. With few new forms and Z-Moves, GF may have decided to make VGC more accessible to other players.
Any other possibilities for USUM are still on the table. But you can fucking forget about new MEs or Alolan Forms.
