In all honesty I think it's just more of him saying things controversial enough to get him attention, but not quite controversial enough to get him banned from anything. Like his videos, it's all for clicks.
Also it looks like he's recently thrown a tantrum about TCG Judges not being strict enough on the rules of timestalling during tournaments?
I am a judge and the rules literally state not to penalise unless it's actually causing a problem and/or you think it's intentional.
