Usagi is annoying in the dub, so sub is more tolerable, but she makes for a shitty main due to her teenage mentality and immaturity. Chibi sucks even more, so her arc is trash. Oedipus complex and all that. In retrospect, I might only like it because of nostalgia reasons. Sailor Moon Crystal is dogshit.
So all in all, if you don't mind 'm-muh friends' and some poorly explained plot devices, sure, it's enjoyable. It does have its good episodes and is a nice chill anime that you can ignore or a month and return to later without having to go back for recap.
If you hate anything listed above, and the convenient upgrade thing DBZ does, then no, you shall not. Easy review.
