It's the concept and lore behind
it.It's God and that requires perfection.You simply can't promise that.If they made another mon literally God instead of Arceus,then it wouldn't stand very much to the idea.
The design is alright but I'm not keen on it.
TLDR:In terms of lore,they are a mistake(especially Arceus) but about the mons themselves,no.I can't complain about Dialga and Giratina t b h
