Tapus keep the peace in Alola, although the UBs were still hanging out after the fact.

What exactly was the job of Reshiram/Zekrom, other than just to be a tool of N and Player Character?

Rayquaza, Landorus, the musketeers and the tapus are the only ones I can think about and the tapus and musketeers' jobs aren't really that specific, just protect Alola and protect pokemon habitats from humans respectively

The Original Dragon seems to be like a "Legendary of Morals" kinda Pokémon to me. It befriended humans long ago and helped them build a prosperous civilization, but because humans are inherently corrupt, a civil war broke out and since the Original Dragon didn't want to take sides, it thought it would be a great idea to split itself into two lesser dragons so it could side with both. IIRC it actually worked, and the war stopped. But then when the twin kings' kids took over the throne, they ignited the war again, and then the dragons got tired of their shit, stopped the war again and went to sleep.

Because Fug is lazy, but also extremely territorial and ready to unleash its full power on everything that disturbs its quiet.
Fug lives in the ozonosphere where it is alone and enjoying not doing anything, but as soon as it feels that some meteors, Deoxys, a shitty OC or Groudon and Kyogre start causing trouble it get pissed off because it can't sleep and go to hit the problem with all of its autistic rage so it can go back to its cloud bed.
The other legends don't do their job because they don't care about anything, while Fug cares about its turf

I'd like Fast Ball Raikou but it's too much of a pain to get a Timid with HP Ice in Hg/Ss. Gonna get a in game oriented Zapdos from it as well though, Modest nature, Thunderbolt, Air Cutter (for Flyinium Z) HP Ice and Heat Wave.

Dialga and Palkia. Did you not play DPPt? In Platinum it says that the Distortion World and human world are flipsides of each other, so destroying one destroys the other. Because Cyrus was going to destroy the world and remake it in his image, the Distortion World would've gone boom as well. Giratina knows this and got pissed when Cyrus attempted it.
