Its defensive sets has a lot of problems, Magearnea outspeed them and get a free boost for a mon that are suppused to check it, some sub dancers (that are getting popular at this moment) use it to set up, both Gyarados (if you don't mega evolve yet) are again the best examples. Scarf Lando is thrash, Chomp, Lele, Gren, Kartana, Latios/Latias, Kyurem black, Drill, Nihilego, Keldeo, etc. Are better options so far. Sash+explosion is pretty meh , other suicede leads are more useful. As offensive Ground type, there's no reason to use it over Zygarde.
I can't see how a Landoless meta could be bad but at the same time I don't see Lando like a thread.
