>>33841239I feel mixed about it. I loved Sun on my first playthrough, and I still go back time to time to SOS shiny hunt because I like the mechanic. I took my time on my playthrough and really enjoyed the Alola region, most of the new Pokemon, and the variety of old mons you could run into. It probably wasn't the best Pokedex, but I was happy with it.
The parts that made me cringe was literally everything with Lillie. Her and her dumb garbage took me out of the game. "Weh huh huh here's my Z-move form nrrrhgggh." Fuck that noise. It looks like USUM will have more story, which I always welcome in a game--but it depends on the execution. I would have loved some Alolan Johto mons or SOMETHING really new besides 3 UBs, but, I have low expectations.
